We offer a greatly detailed cleaning service for both our commercial and residential clients. Commercial Buildings, or Small Business Office Cleaning
Office Cleaning:
Entrance Lobby-
Empty and clean waste receptacles. Clean entrances, lobbies and mats.
Clean metal hardware and polish if needed. Clean glass entrance doors
inside and out. Dust and clean reception area. Pick up and arrange any
reading material in lobby.
Offices
Empty and clean waste receptacles and change liners. Vacuum and spot
clean carpeted areas. Sweep and/or dust mop office floors. Dust chairs,
desks, tables, filing cabinets and other furniture. Clean telephones. Dust
office machines. Dust high ledges, partitions, moldings and other flat
surfaces within reach. Rearrange furniture to original order.
Rest Rooms
Clean fixtures and chrome fittings. Clean and refill dispensers from stock.
Clean and disinfect toilet seats and undersides. Spot wash walls, partitions
and doors. Clean mirrors and polish hardware. Sweep and mop floors.
Lunch Rooms
Clean and scrub counter tops. Wash appliances, coffee pots, teapots,
toaster ovens, etc. Clean refrigerator as needed. Sweep and mop floors.
Hallways & Public Areas
Wash and sanitize drinking fountains. Dust and/or sweep stairs, landings and handrails.
Dust or vacuum air grills. Vacuum carpeted areas.
Residential Cleaning
All Rooms
Dust picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, furnitur e, woodwork, window sills, blinds, shutters, shelves and baseboards. Remove cobwebs. Vacuum carpets. Wash all floors and dry wood floors. Vacuum floors. Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets.
Kitchen
Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, table and chairs. Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks. Clean and sanitize counter tops and back splashes. Clean the range top and refrigerator top and exterior. Clean microwave oven inside and out. Wash floor.
Bathrooms
Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks. Clean and s  anitize vanities, back splashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish faucets. Empty recepticals, replace with new liners. Wash floors and tile walls. Deodorize.
