The Deep Corners and Cracks of Our Owner

 

The owner, Devon, of Absolute Attention To Detail, LLC worked in Telecommunications for over 9 years, and had been blessed with great experience from the corporate world since he was 15 years old.  Additionally he worked in the financial service industry dealing with wealth management and primarily the affluent bank clientel. Getting a little burnt out working for somebody else along with the industry not doing so well in recent times, he decided to give up his career in telecommunications and finance and to get back to the basics of what a company should represent, both in customer service and in services provided. 

 

Through all of his great experiences he has learned one thing that he will always try to share with not only his professional clients, but also his personal friends and family; “As long as we continue to go above and beyond our customer expectations, we will keep our clients satisfied” He has learned many fast and efficient methods of getting jobs done and doing them well, with the customer coming first always.

 

Today, Devon believes strongly in having a good working relationship with his staff.  “In order to grow your company, you must take care of your staff because they are the ones taking care of your customers.  Keeping your staff happy will in turn keep your customers happy,” Devon said.

When you entrust us with your house key, we use a lockbox/Safe to safeguard the security of your home. A.A.T.D. also pays all social security, federal, state and local taxes, eliminating the customer liability often associated with other services. Our team members work hard to make certain your home is cleaned to Absolute Attention To Detail’s highest standards and more importantly, yours.
