Q: How long does it take to have an estimate and bid completed?
A:
Generally speaking, we make our every best effort to have all commercial or residential property walk through's completed in 1-2 hours and your bid contract is written and presented within 24-48 hours.
Q: What form of payments to you offer?
A:
We are glad to accept all major credit cards via PayPal, please note, you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account in order to have a payment processed. You can safely pay your account online as well as the traditional payments of cash, checks and money orders.
We do require all payments are made prior to the date of service, or on the date of service. Thank You.
Q: What do I do if I have a problem or issue with services your company provides?
A:
The owner, Devon has made it his primary goal to have 100% customer satisfaction, if you are not completely satisfied for what ever reason, we will re-do what ever job at no charge to you up to 24 hours after the service was completed.
Q: Are you Insured and Bonded?
A:
Yes, primarily to protect our faithful customers and our business.
Q: What is the quickest way to contact you?
A:
We have made a personal and professional commitment to our customers that we will respond to all email questions, concerns or letters with-in 4-6 hours, if you have an emergency, please call our business phone number listed on our "contact us" link.
Q: Do you have any sort of referral program?
A:
Yes, if we have an existing customer that referrs a new client to us, we will give both clients 18% off their next cleaning service, or initial cleaning.
